Harp music by VJ and Guinevere !

Harp music has been around for thousands of years.  King David wooed and won Bathsheba with his kinnor, a small harp.  From the Greek muses to the Irish folksingers, the sound of harps inevitably suggests dreamy, relaxing, angelic sounds.

Harp music enhances any occasion!  Be it a wedding, a dinner party, a corporate reception, a memorial service, or healing music for health, the harp's lovely music creates an atmosphere of calm and pleasant elegance.   

Nonetheless, the harp is famous for being not only the most expensive (some can cost as much as a house) but also the most difficult of all instruments!  It's why they are so rare.

Yet the sounds of the harp appeal to everyone!  It makes gorgeous background music, or can perform in a show on center stage.

"Guinevere" is owned and played by Valerie-Jean (VJ) Hume, a professional musician and entertainer, for 20 years.   (When she arrived in VJ's life, she announced, "I'm Guinevere, and I'm taking over!") (And she did.)   

As a special touch, VJ can coordinate her gown to your color theme for any event, indoors or outdoors.

Guinevere's music is a combination of popular, classical, movie themes, Broadway, and folk songs.

Guinevere belongs to the "Celtic" harp family, and is a "lever" harp.  Her special tone is the result of her different combinations of wood.  Harps grow more seasoned as they age, and Guinevere's sweet, mellow tone has become her very personal sound.
